Cast Iron Skillet Drop Biscuits

Happy Thursday! I am sharing a fabulous breakfast recipe on the blog today.

A biscuit recipe that is so yummy you cannot get a photo without sampling first! :)

Talk about easy, quick, and 1000% better than storebought Pillsbury biscuits. (Sorry, Pillsbury)! What I love about this recipe is that I almost always have each of these ingredients in my pantry. It takes zero time to prepare, and of course, butter makes everything taste better.

As you can see from the photo, these are coarser biscuits. They are not light, fluffy, and airy biscuits. The browned edges have a slight crisp, and once you smother them in gravy, they are perfect. Whip up your gravy from scratch, or use a simple gravy-in-a-bag mix. The Pioneer Jalapeno gravy mix is our new favorite with great flavor!  A good way to describe this recipe would be similar to a Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit!

Lady K's One Thing:

An easy as 1-2-3 face care routine that works for me! Dry Texas Panhandle skin is no joke - I appreciate this little nightly routine and that I can do it without breaking the bank!

Sending happy vibes your way!
