Craft Cart Storage
Hello, Hello,
I am keeping it simple this week for the blog. As you can see with the launch of Lady K Creative - I have a fondness for homemaking, crafts, and any Cricut project imaginable. Wow, I can’t believe I have been doing this since April 2023. 8 months, Woot! Woot!
My Gammy gifted me this gold rolling cart last Christmas and it was the best fit to store all my crafty-type objects! I can organize all my craft materials and roll my cart to whatever room in the house I am working in. It’s perfectly portable and that’s my favorite part about it!
Cart Layer Details:
Top Layer - rolls of ribbon, tape, and scissors
Second layer is miscellaneous gift wrap bags and boxes
Third Layer contains paint, paintbrushes, and hot glue.
If you want to incorporate some organization into your gift wrapping this Holiday Season - I 10/10 recommend utilizing a rolling cart. Once you finish wrapping a few gifts, you can tuck the cart away in a closet until you are ready to wrap some more items. You have everything you need in one easy-to-access place.
I also pinned a few links on Amazon that provide ribbon storage/organization.

Lady K’s One Thing:
Moving our bodies to de-stress is so important, especially if you are prone to feeling overwhelmed during the Holiday Season. I have done 2 workouts with Grow with Jo on YouTube and they are low impact, time efficient (20-30 minutes), and do not require equipment. Just thought I would share it with my friends online as a resource. You can find all the details here:
And please don’t forget that you are seen, valued, and known by our Heavenly Creator this Thanksgiving and Christmas season.
The expectations and busyness are relentless. Take a breath and rest in His presence. And if you need a little dose of love and a mindset reset to enter into the beautiful but busy days/weeks ahead... I think this prayer is a beautiful place to start:
A Prayer by Lori Strawn - Sisters of Providence, St. Mary’s of the Woods
"The TV shows me how it ought to be:
My house a perfect present, tied up in bows and wreaths, my kitchen redolent with the smell of good things, my tree abundantly decked, gifts abundant, cheer overflowing. But I don’t feel any of that. I’m sorry. I wish I felt merry, but it is all too much for me. Too many expectations. Not enough joy. There is no celebration in my soul. I turn to You, source of meaning, knower of sorrow. Remind me in ways both big and small that none of this needs to be. All You ask for is a plain and open heart, for just a little room in the stable of my being, to be born again. Nothing much. Nothing that costs. Just space. Here I am, God. Move into me and make a home.
Let us be enough for each other this season. I ask not for perfection, but only for peace. I await You. Amen."
Your Friend,
Lady K
