Sipping Through the Seasons

Dear Readers, 

One of the small things I have been delighting in the last few weeks is the changing of the seasons! Our weather has been warmer than usual, and it feels as if Spring is just right around the corner! I thoroughly enjoyed making my previous blog post about decorating my home as the seasons change and incorporating my favorite candle scents to set the mood. 

I found it “oh so fitting” to craft a post I have fondly named - Sipping through the Seasons! I gravitate towards different beverages depending on the time of the year. Fall and Winter drinks are heartwarming and soothing as they warm you to your core. Nothing is better than warming your hands by holding your favorite mug, nestled by the fire, with your favorite book in hand. During this time of year, my heart is yearning for that slower season, which encourages rest and homemaking. 

I have been cooking new recipes and have totally jumped onto the Sourdough bread-making bandwagon! I was so happy with the first homemade sourdough loaf I made! I still have lots to learn, but man, the recipes for sourdough are endless!
